A recruiter is someone who is engaged in recruitment of people in the organisations. They can work internally for one organization, or can also work for multiple clients in a third-party broker relationship. they are also called or known as headhunters or agency recruiters.A headhunter word can be used for three things. It can be a pitcher in baseball, a savage, or an executive recruiter. But here we will talk of a corporate headhunter.
The Corporate Headhunter is an executive recruiter who usually operates as a third-party. Firstly this term can be used as jokingly but due to the hard efforts of the recruiters it has become famous or known. Now this is known for the professionals who help real people get real jobs. Some times they are hired by the companies or corpoations to find exactly the person they need. Sometimes Executive Search Firm are under contract with the companies to fill specific open positions or works on an exclusive basis to get a designated fee, whether a hire results or not. Sometimes, they are rewarded by the companies with a contingency fee.
